We’re seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Director to drive growth and inspire excellence in our fast-growing sales organization. In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented Account Executives, shaping strategies that deliver measurable results. If you’re a proven sales leader with a history of building and scaling high-performing teams and thrive on winning in competitive markets, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish a clear vision, direction and priorities for assigned region
- Inspire the field teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Professional Services) to execute passionately against that vision
- Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for the Enterprise Central region
- Fully responsible for leadership of team to exceed quota, accurate forecasting, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulate the implementation of agreed account and business plans
- Build an elite team, hire top talent, mentor, coach & develop the sales team; establish and maintain senior relationships within Partner Organization
- Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with peer Regional Directors throughout the world in line with our culture
The Experience You Bring:
- At least 10 years of successful enterprise software sales management in a relevant area (Cloud Data Management/Integration preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Cloud Data Management / Integration market as well as a strong and proven track record of management and strategic selling
- 2+ years of experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business objectives
- Earlier career history of exceeding quota and experience of closing multi-million dollar, multi-year deals, experience building and managing a senior team in a SaaS or hybrid business
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skill and a history of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
- Enthusiasm for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a group of diverse and talented individuals; ability to influence others to achieve results; ability to prioritize, drive accurate and timely decisions; ability to work effectively with senior management; ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
- Maintain operational command of the business and bring strong organizational skills and operational understanding as well as strong executive calling experience and presence
- Professional demeanor, articulate, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability & willingness to travel as well as the ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation
Compensation:Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $400-450K (inclusive of commission).
