We are looking for a motivated Intern to support our team in maintaining and developing the Client Software Catalog. This role is a great opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in an international IT environment, learn how software and applications are managed within a large organization, and work closely with various internal teams. You will be involved in real tasks, supported by experienced colleagues, and have the chance to build a solid foundation for your future career in IT.
Your Tasks:
- Support in maintaining and updating the Client Software Catalog
- Add new software entries based on user requests
- Update existing catalog entries according to change requests (RFCs)
- Check software data for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with users to clarify information and provide status updates
- Cooperate with internal teams such as Application Release Management and Software Product Managers to support their daily work
- Inform the Export Control team about newly added software entries and collect their feedback
- Current Student
- Basic understanding of IT environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with documentation and structured data
- Basic knowledge of common office tools
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
