We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven individual with a strong interest in surgical technologies to support our Sales Team in expanding our footprint in these specialized fields.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Become an expert in Brainlab’s orthopedic planning and endovascular navigation portfolio
- Demonstrate solutions both in person and online, showcasing clinical value through interactive demos, workshops, and webinars
- Build successful and trusting relationships with customers and partners, helping them select the solutions that best suit their needs
- Represent Brainlab at congresses, symposia, and professional events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
- Actively pursue new business opportunities, from lead generation to successful implementation
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Regional Sales, Product Management, and Application Consulting to align strategy and execution
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including quotations, tender responses, and documentation for RfPs
- Drive market growth and strengthen Brainlab’s position in orthopedic and vascular surgery through proactive engagement
- Maintain a professional and innovative image of Brainlab with customers, competitors, and colleagues
This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and will be home-office based. Ideally, you are located in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with good access to Central Europe by car and proximity to an international airport.
- A highly motivated and self-driven professional, ready to take the next step in shaping the future of digital surgery
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clinicians and partners
- Clinical, technical, or sales experience in medical technology – ideally in orthopedics, vascular surgery, or interventional radiology
- Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region and engage directly with customers
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
