Overview
At Brooklinen, we’re building the future of comfort — thoughtfully, ambitiously, and with intention — caring for our customers, our team, and the work that helps us grow.
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Creative Production to lead the end-to-end production of all brand imagery, including e-commerce, editorial, and large-scale marketing campaigns. This role blends strategic planning, financial ownership, and hands-on production leadership. You’ll manage a studio producer and a trusted network of external partners, ensuring content is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.
This role partners closely with teams across Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising and is best suited for someone who communicates with warmth and clarity, works intentionally without unnecessary complexity, and brings a steady, grounded presence to fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do
• Own end-to-end photo and video production across e-commerce (PDP), lifestyle, and large-scale marketing campaigns
• Lead production planning and execution, including calendars, timelines, and post-production workflows
• Manage and forecast the annual production budget, tracking spend and ensuring financial discipline
• Source, hire, and manage freelance crews and talent; negotiate rates, usage, and contracts
• Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Post-Production teams to execute shoots seamlessly
• Serve as lead producer on lifestyle shoots, ensuring an efficient, well-run, and creatively aligned set
• Manage and support a studio producer responsible for the in-house studio
• Track and manage image usage and rights across deliverables
• Drive operational improvements across production workflows, tools, and systems
We’re Looking For
• 5–8 years of photo and video production experience (in-house studio experience preferred)
• 2–3+ years of people management experience
• Strong working knowledge of production workflows, tools, and terminology
• Proven budget ownership and rate negotiation experience
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clarity and composure
• Strong understanding of image licensing and usage rights
• Curiosity around emerging tools, including AI, within production and post-production
Compensation
Base salary range: $108,000–$120,000, plus equity.
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data.
Benefits & Perks
• Up to 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee-only)
• Fertility & family-building support (up to $20,000 lifetime)
• 401(k) with a 4% company match
• 16 weeks fully paid parental leave
• 20 vacation days (25 after 5 years) plus year-round Summer Fridays
• Hybrid work schedule with two core in-office days (Tues–Thurs)
• Remote Thanksgiving week and remote last week of December
• Up to four additional remote weeks per year with approval
• 40% employee discount plus seasonal product allowance
• One Medical, Talkspace, and $1,000 per year via Joon for wellness
• One-month paid sabbatical at five years
