About the Team
The Implementation team at Canva plays a pivotal role in enabling customers to unlock the full value of Canva Enterprise. We help organizations streamline workflows, maintain brand consistency, accelerate campaign launches, and foster design independence—all while ensuring security and scalability.
As part of this dynamic global team, you’ll drive user engagement and adoption, with a goal of having at least 80% of users actively creating designs in Canva. Together, we make implementation a key differentiator that deepens customer success.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Canva’s Global Implementation team as a foundational member. You’ll partner with enterprise and strategic customers for 3–4 months to lead smooth, value-driven implementations—from product configuration and tailored training to driving user adoption and engagement.
As a product expert and trusted advisor, you’ll ensure customers are empowered, confident, and fully equipped to design and grow with Canva—directly contributing to our shared success and mission.

At Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience and our overall assessment of what we observed and learnt in the hiring process. The target salary range for this position is $161,000 to $206,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
