Merchandising Manager (Ecommerce)

The Role
We are seeking a Merchandising Manager to own onsite merchandising and support product performance across all sales channels. This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce, growth, and creative, and is responsible for ensuring the right products, bundles, and features are surfaced at the right time to maximize conversion, average order value (AOV), and revenue.
This is a highly visible, data-driven role for someone who understands how merchandising decisions directly impact customer experience and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Onsite & Channel Merchandising
- Own onsite merchandising strategy across the ecommerce site, including homepage, PDPs, PLPs, and key landing pages
- Support merchandising needs across all sales channels, including DTC, subscriptions, and additional retail or marketplace channels as applicable
- Ensure consistent product storytelling, hierarchy, and merchandising logic across all customer touchpoints
Product Launch & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Growth and Creative teams to support all new product launches
- Define launch merchandising plans, including featured placements, bundles, sets, and onsite features
- Coordinate timelines and execution to ensure seamless launch go-lives
Data-Driven Merchandising & Performance
- Use data to inform decisions around product placement, bundling strategies, and set creation
- Analyze product, collection, and bundle performance across the catalog
- Own regular merchandising performance reporting and share insights with key stakeholders
- Continuously test and optimize merchandising strategies to improve conversion rate, AOV, and product discovery
