The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, representing the client brand and collaborating with hiring managers as a trusted and consultative partner.
The Senior Recruiter is focused on delivering top talent to hiring managers while providing proactive and timely updates on the status of searches. They are expected to stay informed about industry and market trends that could impact recruitment and demonstrate innovative, out-of-the-box thinking in their search techniques.
This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility to work outside a traditional office setting.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviewing, and providing timely feedback.
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
· Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, offering guidance on interviews, role expectations, and the overall recruitment process.
· Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and competitive compensation to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
· Drive offer management, negotiating and closing candidates to secure acceptance.
· Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while providing accurate recruitment reporting.
· Carries out additional responsibilities as required.
Education
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
Position Requirements
· Fluency in English and Greek is essential; additional languages would be an advantage.
Experience:
· Extensive recruiting experience within an in-house or RPO model in a matrixed organization.
