What you’ll do
KOL Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identify and source relevant Web2 and Web3 KOLs across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Build and maintain a KOL database and pipeline
- Assist in evaluating creators based on engagement, audience quality, and content fit
Campaign Execution & Support
- Support planning and execution of KOL campaigns from briefing to publishing
- Coordinate content submissions, reviews, revisions, and publishing timelines
- Ensure KOLs follow campaign requirements, including referral links and CTAs
- Track deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion
Agency & External CoordinationAssist in managing relationships with KOL agencies
- Collect proposals, quotes, and creator shortlists
- Support coordination for larger campaigns, offline activations, or special events
Documentation & Operations
- Assist with contract coordination and briefing document distribution
- Maintain trackers for KOL status, timelines, and deliverables
- Collect post-campaign metrics (views, engagement, signups) and support reporting
Performance Tracking & Learning
- Help track campaign performance and basic KPIs
- Support post-campaign reviews to identify insights and optimization opportunities
What you’ll need
- 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing operations, or related roles
- Strong interest in creator economy, social media, and digital marketing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Good communication skills; comfortable following up with creators and agencies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or agencies
- Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. Upfluence, Modash, manual analysis)
- Interest in payments, fintech, or digital wallets
