You'll own full-cycle recruiting primarily for Engineering and Data - the technical roles that power Dave's product development. Think Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and similar positions, with opportunities to support other functions as the business grows.
This is hands-on, high-impact work. You'll build pipelines, run searches end-to-end, and be accountable for hiring outcomes. The volume is real, but the bar is high - we're building a world-class organization, which means every hire matters.
You'll work within a clear hiring system with defined standards and structured processes - the foundation that lets you move fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
Full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Data roles (SWE, Data Analysts, similar technical positions)
Kickoffs and intake aligned to clear role definitions and hiring standards
Pipeline building through smart sourcing - outbound, inbound, diverse channels
Recruiter screens that surface both technical capability and cultural fit
Managing candidates through structured, fair interview processes
Offer coordination and closing - balancing speed, equity, and quality
Using data and our ATS (Ashby) to track pipeline health and spot risks early
Flagging issues when timing, alignment, or decisions get stuck
Experience:
4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering and Data roles.
Demonstrated experience in high-velocity and high-volume recruiting environments
Strong sourcing fundamentals - you know how to find technical talent without solely relying on tools. Boolean logic is something you utilize across a variety of platforms
Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes independently, including, but not limited to: requisition kickoffs, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.
Comfortable working within structured processes and evaluation frameworks
Clear communicator with strong follow-through
Bonus: Ashby or modern ATS experience

This is a Recruiter role focused on hands-on execution within an established recruiting system. You'll own full-cycle searches end-to-end, but you'll execute within frameworks and processes that already exist rather than building them.
Here's what that looks like day-to-day: You'll run searches using our defined interview processes and evaluation standards. You'll partner closely with TA leadership on complex stakeholder situations, strategic recommendations, and process questions. You'll focus on what makes recruiting excellent - building strong pipelines, delivering great candidate experiences, hitting your metrics, and closing quality hires.
