JOB PURPOSE
This role is part of our Growth Marketing team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients. Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow.
For our office in Berlin or Cologne, we are looking for a Paid Social Consultant who is characterized by a high degree of openness and empathy and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute his/her passion in the field of performance marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development, set up and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to provide insights and recommendations for clients or internal stakeholders
- Regularly communicating campaign updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
- Allocating and managing budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparation of Paid Social forecasts and media plans
- Identifying and define target audiences for effective ad targeting
- Collaborating with design teams to create compelling visuals or videos for ad campaigns
- Crafting engaging and persuasive ad copy to attract the target audience
- Continuously monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments to optimize key metrics
- Implementing and configuring conversion tracking mechanisms, such as pixels or tags, to measure campaign success.
- Designing and running A/B tests to compare different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages for performance optimization
- Technical support in the preparation of Paid Social pitches
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2-3 years of experience in hands-on paid social projects
- Are open-minded and eager to learn more and develop your skill set
- Have collaborate skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Think proactively and have a healthy amount of creativity as well as the fun to bring in own ideas
- Have a passion for Paid Social and are always up to date for news and trends
- Have a great understanding of numbers and KPIs and are able to control complex campaign set ups, budgets and results
- Are able to implement paid social strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and budget
- Are able to effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to achieve desired outcomes
- Have a very good command of written and spoken English (C1) and German is a plus
- Don't panic. We know we're asking for a lot of skills, but not everything is required from the get-go. Ideally, we would like to see that you have a T-structured profile and are keen to learn new skills and master new technologies.
