What's the opportunity?
Lead the accounting and administration function for a disruptive, fast-growing industry operating across 40 countries. This is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee a global network of entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence while driving automation and process improvements.
What will I be doing?
- Coordinate accounting registrations and management reporting for companies across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting for management and statutory purposes , including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Manage the invoicing process for merchants and coordinate vendor payments, expenses, and other administrative workflows.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve automation, accuracy, and control.
- Define and apply accounting policies under IFRS and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate external audits across multiple jurisdictions.
What skills do I need?
- 12+ years of professional experience in accounting, external audit, and administration.
- 6+ years in Big Four firms with a strong foundation in audit and financial reporting.
- 6+ years in management roles, leading teams and overseeing cross-border operations.
- Solid expertise in IFRS.
- Proven experience with ERPs (SAP preferred); ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.
- Accounting degree; an MBA or a Finance postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with fluent English (additional languages a plus).
