The Role At A Glance:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Agent Assistant – Gaming & Entertainment to provide vital support to one of our Associate Director, Alexander Melendez! This isn't just a chance to kickstart your career in talent management at Canada’s largest multidisciplinary agency; it's an opportunity to learn directly from Alexander, gaining insider knowledge on the profession. In this role, you’ll help drive day-to-day operations by managing client interactions and data in Zoho, participating in client calls, work on one of the team’s BIGGEST campaigns and learn what it looks like to work with talent! You’ll play an active role in talent recruitment, assisting with identifying and onboarding new creators, while also supporting outreach to brands and agencies to strengthen strategic partnerships.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about influencer marketing and talent development, and is looking to grow in the talent management space as an Agent. Your Role In Action
- Support client and brand outreach, joining relevant calls and helping with follow-ups
- Recruit and onboard new talent, including scheduling intro calls and managing forms
- Campaign execution for our year long partnerships with clients
- Manage Zoho, keeping sales and talent pipelines accurate and up to date
- Assist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicing
- Participate in business development meetings, offering input and tracking progress
- Monitor industry trends and help identify growth opportunities for talent and the agency
- Contribute to brand-building efforts and ensure client satisfaction through strong communication
What You’re Bringing With You
- A strong desire to build a career in talent management and influencer marketing, with the potential of becoming an agent within your first your
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in PR, marketing, business, law and relevant internship experience is a BIG plus!
- Passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy, eager to learn and grow
- Capacity to navigate changing market conditions, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities with composure and flexibility.
- Good eye for talent recruitment and ability to assess quality, authenticity, and influence (QAI)
- Knowledge of and interest in social media marketing, public relations, collaborations, and sponsorships
- Passion for the industry, with the ability to thrive in a demanding role that requires dedication, flexibility, and availability to communicate with talent from everywhere during and outside regular office hours.
