We are seeking a Manager, Retailer.com to oversee and execute our brand’s presence across key beauty retail partner websites globally. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Sales, this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day execution across retailer digital ecosystems, ensuring best-in-class content, strong visibility, and competitive positioning to drive conversion and sales.

What You'll Do
Retailer.com Execution & Exposure Management:
o Own day-to-day management of all retailer.com platforms (e.g., Sephora.com, Ulta.com), ensuring consistent, elevated brand presentation across all digital touchpoints. o Identify digital exposure opportunities (homepage placements, PDPs, banners, emails, etc.) and work with retail partners to secure placements aligned to launches and key moments.
o Execute retailer.com calendars, ensuring information is delivered accurately and on time.
Content & Asset Management
o Partner with internal creative, brand, and marketing teams to develop retailer-specific assets.
o Manage asset handoff, trafficking, and approvals with retail partners, ensuring compliance with retailer guidelines and timelines.
o Maintain PDP excellence, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and updates to support conversion.
Competitive & Market Analysis: Regularly audit retailer.com platforms to ensure competitive positioning on pricing, promotions, content, claims, and visibility. Track category trends, retailer best practices, and digital merchandising innovations to inform recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, product marketing, and operations teams to support launches, promotions, and evergreen programs. Partner with the DTC team to ensure alignment across retailer.com and brand.com to deliver a cohesive, unified brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor retailer.com performance metrics (traffic drivers, conversion indicators, basic KPIs) to assess execution effectiveness. Identify opportunities to optimize content, placements, and programs based on performance and retailer feedback.
Budget & Program Support: Support management of retailer.com program investments and co-op placements, tracking costs and ensuring execution aligns with approved budgets.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, retail marketing or beauty retail
- Previous experience working with Sephora is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing retailer.com platforms, digital assets, and exposure programs.
- International retail experience highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to execute against tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with both internal teams and external retail partners.

- Location of position: Los Angeles, CA
- Hybrid schedule: Must be willing to work 3 days a week in office
- Compensation: $90,000-$110,000
- Reports to Head of Retail Sales
The base salary range for this role is listed above.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
