The TRES Finance Sales Engineer is a customer-facing pre-sales specialist responsible for positioning TRES Finance, a Fireblocks company, with finance, accounting, and operational stakeholders across regulated financial institutions and digital asset businesses.
This role sits at the intersection of finance operations, accounting workflows, and digital asset infrastructure. You will partner closely with TRES Finance Sales while remaining part of the broader Fireblocks Sales Engineering organization, ensuring consistent standards, enablement, and technical alignment.
Success in this role comes from establishing deep credibility with finance and accounting teams and translating complex digital asset activity into clear, defensible software value. You will be highly visible during customer evaluations, audits, and buying decisions—particularly as TRES Finance scales within Fireblocks’ global go-to-market motion.
This fluency is foundational to credibility in the role and essential to positioning TRES Finance as software purpose-built for finance teams operating in digital asset environments.
For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.This range is specific to New York City, and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $137,000 to $174,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
