The job
We’re looking for a talent sourcer to join our team on an initial 6-month contract. Right now we’re experiencing a surge in our hiring across our Engineering/ Product/ Marketing roles and need an extra pair of hands to help us find the best talent for Flo.
Must have:
- 1+ years of experience in Engineering/ Product/ Marketing recruitment/ Sourcing
- Tech-savvy, Data-driven mindset
- Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates
- A good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes
- A strong passion for technology and solid industry knowledge to understand relevant skills, companies, open-source communities, and conferences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, be resourceful, and be self-motivated
- Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Job posting
- Great team player with a positive attitude
What you will be doing:
You'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company and product as a whole
- Utilising tools such as search engines, job boards, open-source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify passive candidates
- Helping talent partners review inbound applications and schedule the interviews
- Staying abreast of tech trends and news to be our competitive intelligence authority
- Tracking metrics and pipeline activity, preparing reports, and marketing insights decks
- Providing reports for talent partners and business teams, and using this data to iterate and make improvements constantly
- Managing regular sourcing campaigns that work.
Salary range: 100-150 EUR per day, depending on experience
