Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position centers on providing structured mental health care to adults through telehealth services. You’ll work directly with clients to address emotional health concerns, build coping strategies, and support steady progress through consistent, scheduled sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Perform psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Document sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately
• Follow state and federal compliance standards
• Engage in clinical collaboration and professional development activities

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in New Jersey
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience in mental health treatment settings
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
