Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Hawaii

Job Overview

As an LCSW, you will support clients facing emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges through structured virtual therapy sessions. This role emphasizes consistency, ethical practice, and measurable client outcomes within a supportive remote care model.

Core Duties

• Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth
• Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed
• Follow best practices for virtual mental health treatment

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience working independently with diverse client needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
