Position: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview

As a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients as they address relationship dynamics, behavioral patterns, and emotional challenges that affect daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans accurately and on time
• Collaborate with internal clinical and care coordination teams
• Maintain compliance with Ohio licensing and ethical standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Requirements

• Active Ohio LIMFT license or eligibility for licensure
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing clinical therapy services
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Strong documentation and time management skills
