Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Hawaii

Position Description

This Licensed Mental Health Therapist role is designed for clinicians who prefer a clear schedule, defined caseload, and remote flexibility. You’ll provide therapy that helps clients manage symptoms, strengthen coping tools, and improve everyday functioning—all from a secure virtual setting.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Create treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Track progress and update documentation consistently
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards
• Communicate effectively with clinical leadership as needed

Requirements

• Active Hawaii mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
