Position Summary
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations & GTM Technology Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Operations & Strategy team shaping Harness’ go-to-market strategy and global expansion. Partnering with our GTM Business Systems team, this role acts as the primary subject matter expert of our GTM technology stack, blending technical systems expertise, detailed process optimization, and operational enablement.
In this role, your core mission will be to ensure the GTM team is efficient, using modern tooling and properly enabled and aligned with top-level revenue priorities. We’ll lean on your expertise to assess our existing tech stack, provide recommendations, maintain performance and ensure maximum field adoption. This will be a high-visibility role partnering closely with our senior executives and GTM leaders across Sales, Partner, SDR, Enablement and more.

About You
This is a Remote role with a preference for New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $164,000 - $197,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
