Hippocratic AI is seeking an ambitious Agent Deployment Associate to join our fast-growing team. This is a high-growth opportunity designed to fast-track your career in Healthcare AI.
In this role, you will work side-by-side with our Deployment Architects to implement our generative AI agents for major healthcare organizations. You will move from learning the ropes to actively configuring AI agents, managing technical workflows, and ensuring our customers achieve success. This is a hands-on technical role where you will "learn by doing" at the cutting edge of the industry.
This role kicks off with a required one-month on-site training period designed for hands-on learning, close collaboration with the team, and a strong ramp into the role.
Agent Configuration & Build: Take ownership of the implementation. You will configure AI agent parameters, build conversation flows based on designs, and update system prompts under the guidance of a deployment architect.
Testing & Quality Assurance: rigorous testing of AI agents before they go live. You will simulate patient conversations, log edge cases, debug conversation failures, and ensure the AI performs safely and accurately.
Workflow Documentation: Assist in mapping customer operational workflows. You will turn complex clinical processes into clear, technical documentation and flowcharts that guide the engineering and product teams.
Integration Support: Assist in the setup of connections between our AI and client systems (EHRs, CRMs). You will help troubleshoot data transmission issues, review logs, and validate data integrity.
Post-Deployment Maintenance: Monitor the health of live agents, identify performance trends, and implement updates as customer requirements evolve.
Must Have:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Math/Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a technical role, healthcare operations, or software implementation.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable reading code (Python preferred) and understanding logic flows.
Familiarity with APIs and how software systems talk to each other.
Ability to learn new technical tools and platforms quickly.
Healthcare Interest: A genuine passion for healthcare technology. Familiarity with medical terminology or hospital workflows is a major plus.
Soft Skills:
Extreme attention to detail—you love getting into the weeds of a problem.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable presenting in front of an audience.
Grit and adaptability: You thrive in a high-intensity, start-up environment where priorities shift fast.
Nice to Have:
Experience with HL7, FHIR, or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support or implementation role.
Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
Mentorship: You will be paired with industry veterans who are experts in healthcare integration.
Impact: You will work directly with our customers, seeing your work improve patient lives immediately.
Growth: We view this role as a launching pad. Successful Agent Deployment Associates are expected to grow into full Deployment Architects.
