Requirements

We are seeking experienced Lead AEM Engineers to join our dynamic team, each specializing in one of the following areas: Frontend Development, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Edge Delivery Services (EDS). These roles are critical in driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable digital solutions across our platforms.

Role : AEM Engineer - Senior Consultant

Location: Sydney

Visa: Citizens and PR only.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Lead Developer

• Lead the design and development of responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

AEM Lead Developer

• Architect and implement AEM-based solutions including components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead the migration and upgrade of AEM platforms.
• Collaborate with content authors and marketing teams to enable efficient content management.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of AEM implementations.

EDS Lead Developer

• Design and develop enterprise-grade data services and APIs.
• Lead integration efforts across multiple systems and platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to support business intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in ARM engineering and leading development teams.
• Strong expertise in one of the following:
• Frontend: React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
• AEM: Adobe Experience Manager, Java, Sling, JCR
• EDS: API development, Microservices, Data modeling, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
