What this role is about
The Integration Partnership Lead will drive Insider One’s growth through supporting formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with Insider One’s Technology Partnerships (ISVs).
You will work cross-functionally across product, product marketing, sales and customer success teams, to help in prioritizing selection, onboarding and enablement of new Technology Partners.
This role requires a thorough understanding of Insider One’s product capabilities, sales enablement processes and technology partner ecosystem to ensure our go-to-market engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners leading to mutual growth.
Responsibilities are categorized into three broad categories: Selection, Onboarding and Enablement.

What You Will Do
- Co-own (with Product Strategy) gap analysis of product capabilities that are required to support Insider One’s GTM strategies
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success & Solution Consulting teams to identify, prioritize, onboard & enable new technology partners (ISVs) to add capabilities identified in the gap analysis
- Collaborate with Product Management team and ISV partners to complete necessary integrations between Insider One platform and technology partners’ offering
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement teams to design & develop joint value propositions, differentiation, messaging & positioning of the integrated solution offerings
- Coordinate with the newly onboarded technology partners to enable Insider One sales & customer success teams on the joint value proposition & solution offerings
- Drive enablement of the technology partners’ sales & customer success teams on the joint value proposition & solution offerings
- Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for technology partners at Global level while the GTM activities are executed by the regional partner business management teams at regional level
What You Will Need
- BS/BA degree required
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing and driving strategic partner accounts preferably with ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).
- High analytical skills and ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making and action.
- Deep understanding of joint solution offering via integrated use cases
- Output oriented with very strong ability to personally create high quality, customer-facing content including presentations and datasheets
- Excellent project management skills; able to effectively manage multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines
- Experience with B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) business model
- Experience in marketing technology space preferred but not required
