Our client is a US-based healthcare organisation supporting nurses across various facilities. They are seeking a proactive, empathetic individual to join their team and help ensure nurses feel supported and valued throughout their contracts. As a Nurse Engagement Coordinator, you will manage and support nurses, both current and prospective, ensuring they are engaged, heard, and well-supported. You’ll work closely with the team to track clinician engagement, identify those at risk of disengagement, and provide insights that help maintain a positive experience for all nurses.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (16h00pm to 01h00am South African time - subject to change depending on USA daylight savings).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyse data from Coach Up Care to monitor clinician engagement, identify high-risk or flight-risk nurses, and send reports to relevant team members.
- Conduct regular check-ins with nurses, capturing feedback and documenting engagement.
- Record all interactions and relevant information in QuickBase.
- Execute outreach tasks and targets assigned by the team lead.
Requirements
- Previous experience in employee engagement, client support, or a healthcare-related environment.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally (HIPAA compliance).
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
