We are seeking an AI Strategy & Enablement Group Product Manager to define and execute the vision for AI-driven capabilities across product platforms. This role will lead AI enablement, data optimization, and integration with large language model platforms to improve product discovery and user engagement. You will work closely with engineering, partnerships, and product teams to ensure AI features are scalable, effective, and aligned with business goals. The position requires a strategic mindset combined with technical fluency, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive impactful AI initiatives. Accountabilities:
- Lead strategy for AI enablement and infrastructure, ensuring effective integration with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic.
- Define, optimize, and scale data collection, structuring, and APIs to power AI-driven discovery and recommendations.
- Drive product decisions and roadmap for AI capabilities that enhance the discoverability and performance of user-generated content.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to implement AI initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish best practices, governance, and guidelines for AI product development and deployment.
- Monitor AI trends, emerging technologies, and partner platforms to identify opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Measure and report on AI impact, insights, and GEO visibility to demonstrate client value.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products.
- Deep understanding of large language models, AI platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience integrating products with external platforms via APIs, feeds, or other integrations.
- Proven ability to define and execute on strategic product initiatives.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering on complex AI and data challenges.
- Track record of building strategic products and partnerships in tech or AI-driven environments.
- Experience in e-commerce, content platforms, or user-generated content products.
- Knowledge of SEO and content discovery optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
