In this key role, you will support the Quality Management System portfolio, ensuring the applications align with enterprise architecture and global IT strategies. Your work will focus on maximizing business value through continuous improvement and vendor management. You will be involved in testing and validating products, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with IT security standards. This role is crucial for enabling our partner's business growth and operational excellence.
Accountabilities
- Ensure applications in the portfolio align with IT Enterprise Architecture and Global IT Domains strategy.
- Manage proper license arrangements for the user community across applications.
- Register all applications with the CMDB and adhere to Service Management guidelines.
- Ensure timely service delivery within SLAs for incidents and change requests.
- Maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation.
- Oversee vendor management and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business teams and application owners for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years in application management (quality, engineering, manufacturing applications preferred).
- Experience in vendor management including tasks, processes, and KPI execution.
- Strong portfolio application management and requirement gathering skills.
- Good communication and analytical skills to understand broader business requirements.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
