Accountabilities
- Maintain and build revenue in designated sales territory.
- Bring new business to existing and new clients.
- Exceed sales revenue quotas through prospecting and developing relationships.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities using a consultative approach.
- Develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans.
- Present service offerings to prospective clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals for staffing services.
- Develop and execute sales plans and activities.
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients with Recruitment & Account Management Team.
- Manage existing and new accounts ensuring client needs are met.
- Stay informed on market trends and attend networking events.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing/sales.
- Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
- Prior recruitment background is preferred.
