This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff in Brazil.
As Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic partner to a senior entrepreneur, supporting multiple high-growth ventures across real estate, investment management, and innovative technology. You will oversee critical operational and administrative functions, ensuring alignment across teams, ventures, and stakeholders. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing priorities, and enabling business leaders to focus on growth and innovation. You will interface with internal teams, external partners, and investors, driving efficiency, problem-solving, and operational excellence. Working remotely in a dynamic, multi-venture environment, you will gain exposure to cutting-edge business models while contributing directly to decision-making and execution.
Accountabilities
- Provide executive support by managing calendars, priorities, task lists, and conducting daily alignment calls to track progress
- Oversee CRM systems, email platforms, and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Google Suite, DocuSign, Zoom, Apple Mail), troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows
- Assist with fundraising activities, preparing investor materials, managing CRM data, coordinating communications, and tracking follow-ups
- Support operations across multiple ventures, including luxury real estate, transportation startups, digital investment platforms, and personal/corporate investments
- Interface with partners, marketing teams, operations staff, customers, and investors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
- Identify bottlenecks, provide proactive solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate, offering assertive, strategic guidance
- Handle administrative tasks, including accounts management, tax coordination, document collection, and ad hoc projects
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Founder Support, or Operations roles
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication skills; clear, direct, and confident in asking difficult questions
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and stakeholders
- Strategic and operational problem-solving abilities, able to balance high-level planning with hands-on execution
- Professional and presentable, capable of representing leadership in meetings and external interactions
- Proficiency with multiple CRM and collaboration platforms; comfortable learning new systems
- Fluent in English
