Accountabilities
- Oversee studio level franchise strategy.
- Direct and manage all aspects of game development, live operations, and user acquisition.
- Maintain a creative environment and coach young designers into world-class developers.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities in game development and marketing partnerships.
- Collaborate with finance on P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and business models.
- Work with global regions to develop localized strategies in development and marketing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in the video games industry, particularly mobile.
- Experience in shipping multiple high-grossing products, with mobile gaming preferred.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work well in a cross-cultural, cross-border team environment.
- Experience in formulating product messaging and marketing plans.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor employees across all levels.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
