Accountabilities
- Design and support secure, scalable, and compliant multi-cloud architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and develop solutions aligned with cloud service offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Design and develop resilient, cloud-native solutions including front-end components and APIs.
- Implement DevOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.
- Develop and execute automated and manual test plans to validate cloud-native solutions.
- Document solution architectures, testing protocols, and support procedures.
- Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging for operational stability.
- Apply cloud governance frameworks across multiple cloud environments.
- Design cloud architectures in alignment with Zero Trust Architectures principles.
- Support Financial Operations initiatives to optimize cloud spending.
- Ensure compliance with DoD objectives and understand Risk Management Framework processes.
- Contribute to secure cloud provisioning and system hardening efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret change requirements and guide implementation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required.
- 10+ years of experience architecting solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Proficient in cloud governance frameworks, IAM, and resource provisioning policies.
- Experience with FinOps practices and cloud cost modeling.
- Familiarity with RMF and ATO processes.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Architectures and DoD cloud security baselines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and articulate technical decisions.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools and centralized logging.
- Skilled in developing scalable APIs and serverless architectures.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline.
- US Citizenship required.
