This role is responsible for managing high-volume contracting operations while ensuring operational excellence and compliance across a growing organization. The ideal candidate will handle a wide variety of agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, engagement letters, and data processing agreements, leveraging AI-powered contract management tools to drive efficiency and accuracy. You will build scalable processes, workflows, and training programs to support the contracting function while also contributing to corporate governance, compliance, and stock plan administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine legal expertise with operational execution in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally to balance business needs with legal safeguards.
Accountabilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, engagement letters, and DPAs
- Manage and optimize contract lifecycle processes using AI-enabled platforms such as Evisort
- Develop and implement workflows, documentation structures, and training programs to enhance contracting efficiency and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders across Procurement, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Operations
- Identify process bottlenecks and contract risks proactively and propose practical solutions
- Support corporate governance, including corporate record maintenance, entity filings, Board logistics, and stock plan administration
- Contribute to broader legal operations projects and collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 5–7 years of contracts management experience, with in-house experience at a SaaS, B2B technology, or fintech company preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume contract workflows without sacrificing quality
- Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management systems such as Evisort, Ironclad, or similar tools
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work directly with vendor counsel
- Process-oriented mindset with a track record of implementing scalable solutions
- Experience in corporate governance, entity compliance, and supporting Board-level activities; familiarity with stock plan administration a plus
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence business stakeholders
- High attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and practical guidance
