Accountabilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements including clinical study agreements and confidentiality agreements.
- Collaborate with supervisor and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
- Update study team members on the status of contract negotiations.
- Manage site contract metrics and report on them effectively.
- Support the maintenance of contract files and databases.
- Assist in designing policies for timely contract execution.
- Recognize process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- A 4-year college degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts.
- Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to handle sensitive issues discreetly.
