Accountabilities
- Design end-to-end ETL architecture for data migration and warehousing solutions using Microsoft SSIS.
- Implement error handling and audit mechanisms for ETL jobs.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices in ETL processes.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure adherence to data governance standards.
- Document specifications for BI reports, dashboards, and other outputs.
- Troubleshoot database and application issues efficiently.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of seven years experience in business intelligence (BI) and ETL processes.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience with EPIC and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with data profiling and data quality issues.
- Familiarity with metadata management and master data management techniques.
