You will serve as a key point of contact for external vendors, ensuring smooth operations and strategic improvements. Accountabilities
- Oversee updates and stability of digital platforms including the website.
- Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
- Manage content publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and support keyword research.
- Track and report on digital metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing websites and digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JSON for basic troubleshooting.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
