This role offers the opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth. You will manage website operations, develop high-performing landing pages, and optimize user experiences through personalization and AI-driven insights. Collaborating closely with marketing, content, and analytics teams, you will execute data-driven campaigns, monitor performance with tools like GA4, and continuously improve conversion rates. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Accountabilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company website, including WordPress management and page creation
- Develop and optimize landing pages to maximize conversions through A/B testing and performance analysis
- Implement and manage website personalization tools and AI agents to enhance user engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO/AEO initiatives, technical updates, and content optimization
- Analyze website performance and generate actionable reports using GA4, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
- Support digital campaigns and events by providing guidance on custom landing pages and best practices
- Continuously test and improve digital experiences to drive higher engagement and results
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong focus on conversion optimization and analytics
- Proven experience managing websites and creating high-performing landing pages using WordPress
- Knowledge of SEO/AEO best practices, GA4, Tag Manager, and website analytics
- Experience with website personalization tools and conversational AI platforms (e.g., Qualified)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of ABM technologies and experience executing targeted campaigns
- Desired: familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), attribution platforms, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
