This role sits at the heart of a rapidly scaling Business Development organization and plays a pivotal role in turning strategic partnerships into long-term, high-impact successes. Acting as a force multiplier for Business Development leaders, you will design the operational backbone that enables sustainable growth. Accountabilities:
- Design, build, and scale the operational frameworks, processes, playbooks, and tools that support the full lifecycle of business development partnerships, from opportunity assessment through long-term performance tracking.
- Partner closely with Business Development leads and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate incoming partnership opportunities, define business cases, set prioritization criteria, and establish success metrics.
- Lead end-to-end program management for complex partnership deals, ensuring clear ownership, streamlined decision-making, proactive risk management, and effective stakeholder alignment through negotiation and close.
- Own post-signing, non-technical integration efforts by translating contractual commitments into actionable workstreams, aligning resources, managing timelines, and conducting regular partnership and program-level performance reviews.
- Design and launch an external-facing Partner Program, working across teams to scale value creation for both partners and end users while continuously improving program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in Business Development Program Management, Operations, or a closely related field, ideally within high-growth consumer technology, mobile, or hardware-software ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technical integrations, product roadmaps, and external partner relationships.
- Proven experience building operational frameworks and processes from the ground up to improve efficiency, clarity, and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage confidently with engineering, product, and design teams on topics such as APIs, SDKs, and user flows, and translate technical considerations into business impact.
- Strategic and execution-oriented mindset, capable of balancing long-term objectives with detailed contract and milestone management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading through influence, navigating ambiguity, and aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
