You will serve as the critical bridge between marketing, UX/design, and supply chain teams, ensuring seamless technical execution and continuous improvement. Early priorities include implementing a new Shopify theme while enhancing user experience and revenue performance. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with a growth mindset and a passion for delivering best-in-class digital shopping experiences. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own and execute a rigorous conversion rate optimization roadmap across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase funnels.
- Manage the Shopify environment, including app integrations, theme customizations (Liquid/CSS/HTML), and site speed optimization.
- Lead product launches and promotional campaigns, including release planning, publishing, troubleshooting, and app management.
- Maintain analytics and performance dashboards, monitoring KPIs via Shopify Analytics, GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify friction points and opportunities.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for Google Merchant Center, ensuring product feeds are accurate and resolving any errors or disapprovals.
- Recommend and implement best-in-class Shopify apps to optimize business results while maintaining site stability and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure all enhancements maintain usability, accessibility, mobile-first performance, and visual/functional parity with the core website experience.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, e-commerce optimization, web analytics, or growth-focused digital roles.
- Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely) and a proven track record of improving conversion through experimentation.
- Strong Shopify expertise managing high-volume, global stores, with deep familiarity with the Shopify app ecosystem.
- Advanced analytics skills, including GA4, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, attribution modeling, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO for e-commerce and integration with paid social/search campaigns.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and passionate about building best-in-class digital experiences with measurable results.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues or integrations independently and efficiently.
- Bonus: passion for fitness, gaming, or sport; experience working with remote, distributed teams.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ($110,000–$150,000) plus performance bonuses and equity participation.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Flexible working arrangements, including remote options.
- Opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
- Paid time off and holidays, along with wellness and employee assistance programs.
- Access to professional development, training, and collaborative, innovative team culture.
