As Senior Product Analyst, you will own and drive product analytics at Knowunity, ensuring that data is at the heart of every major product and business decision. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams and collaborate directly with the CPO, CTO, and CEO to shape the future of personalized, AI-driven learning.
Lead deep product analyses: Conduct in-depth data analyses and move us closer to delivering a highly personalized learning experience for every student.
Drive data-informed product decisions: Provide the right data to build the best product for +27 Million students.
Partner with leadership & product teams: Collaborate with designers and engineers to turn your insights into direct product changes.
Leverage AI to make data available to everyone: Design and implement scalable data tools, dashboards, and frameworks that enable teams across the company to self-serve insights and move faster with confidence.
Own data: You will own the data function at Knowunity with +200 Million daily events and 8 Million MAUs.
Massive impact: Your work will influence how millions of students learn every day, with the opportunity to help scale a product on track to serve 1 billion students globally.
Data-driven at the core: Take ownership in the data function in one of Europe’s most data-driven consumer companies, working with one of the largest student datasets in the region.
Shape the AI learning category: Play a key role in building and evolving an AI-powered learning companion that personalizes education at scale in a rapidly growing market.
Direct access & real ownership: Collaborate closely with founders and senior leadership in a lean, fast-moving team where your insights directly shape company direction.
Mission-driven work: Help build a product that improves access to education worldwide and fundamentally changes how students engage with learning.
Background: Strong academic background from a top university with early career experience in data analysis, product analytics, or business intelligence.
Product & Business Mindset: Deep passion for using data to drive product decisions and shape business strategy, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and impact.
Analytical Depth: You think critically, love diving deep into data, and consistently uncover insights that meaningfully influence product development.
AI-first approach: You actively use AI tools in your daily work to improve efficiency and outcomes, and continuously explore new ways to leverage AI in data and product analytics.
Ownership & Execution: Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused. You believe in speed, take initiative, and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver results.
Collaboration & Enablement: Enjoy working cross-functionally and empowering others to become more data-savvy, enabling better decision-making across the organization.
Ways of Working: Value in-person collaboration and are happy to work from our Berlin HQ five days per week.
Languages: Fluent English.
