Main responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR matters, providing guidance on organizational strategies including organizational design, restructuring, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and development.
- Lead and continuously improve performance management and goal-setting processes, focusing on business needs rather than rigid frameworks.
- Partner with leaders to deeply understand the structure and dynamics of the business unit, supporting workforce planning and budgeting processes, including active participation in budget planning discussions.
- Serve as a change agent for organizational transformation, supporting business changes while fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Use HR metrics, data analysis, and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends (turnover, engagement, diversity, performance) and support data-driven decision making.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports and dashboards to leadership to enable continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Manage employee relations topics end-to-end, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and, when applicable, international labor regulations, updating policies as needed.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align central HR strategies with the business objectives of the supported organization.
- Oversee and contribute to the review of global HR policies, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with company values.
- Assess and recommend improvements to benefits and rewards programs to ensure market competitiveness within the mobile and online industry.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to drive learning and development initiatives that support business priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a mid-size Tech / Digital / Online company.
- Strong experience supporting performance management, organizational change, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and hands-on experience managing employee relations autonomously.
- Proven ability to work with HR data and metrics, with experience using tools such as Google Sheets / Excel, Google Workspace, Tableau or BI tools, and HRIS systems.
- Business acumen with exposure to budget planning processes and understanding of P&L dynamics.
- Proactive, hands-on, and autonomous profile, comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong critical thinking and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge leaders constructively and gain trust.
- Passionate about enabling the business to thrive, solving complex problems, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
