What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the global onboarding framework: design, coordinate, and continuously refine onboarding content and processes; monitor quality, identify gaps, and implement improvements that accelerate new-hire integration.
- Employee feedback & insights: together with HRBPs, analyze new-hire and offboarding feedback; in collaboration with Health & Wellbeing, manage engagement surveys across the lifecycle and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Employee engagement programs: support storytelling, recognition initiatives, and community-building moments; drive continuous improvement using best practices, data, and employee input.
- Culture & values activation: partner with senior leadership to maintain and evolve culture in alignment with organizational goals.
- Employer branding collaboration: work with Employer Branding, Marketing, and Communications on initiatives that showcase our culture and values; leverage EB metrics where relevant.
- Cross-functional collaboration: ensure global consistency while enabling local adaptations to meet diverse organizational needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent, or Employee Experience, preferably in a managerial or program-owner role.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, people-focused programs and to improve processes across the employee journey.
- Strong analytical capabilities; experience interpreting employee feedback and data to drive measurable improvements.
- Proven collaboration with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- English at least B2.
Nice to have
- Experience presenting recommendations, initiatives, or business cases at the executive level.
- Experience in vendor and budget management in HR- or EX-related programs.
- Ability to co-create or support EX strategy and governance, such as designing frameworks for global standards or moments-that-matter.
- Experience leading cross-functional, high-impact initiatives with global consistency and local adaptability.
- Exposure to initiatives involving cultural transformation or global storytelling/recognition programs.
