The Director of NAMER & Global Client Programs (GCP) Sales Strategy and Operations is a key business advisor and operational leader who functions as a “chief of operations” for the Head of NAMER & GCP segments within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business. This role focuses on enabling scale, driving execution, and modernizing how the sales organization plans, operates, and makes decisions.
This leader brings a strong bias to action, an eye for scalable impact, and an innovation-driven mindset. They challenge the status quo, push systems and thinking forward, and leverage data and AI-enabled insights to unlock growth and efficiency across a complex, global sales organization.
This leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on annual planning, business performance, operations and strategic initiatives. They partner closely with senior sales and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and help executives make data-driven decisions using customer and sales data, including metrics such as average selling price, order volume growth, and product whitespace analysis.
As a key member of the global leadership team, this role supports and drives global initiatives while ensuring high standards of operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an exceptional business and people leader with strong quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, capable of handling complex, high-scope tasks and sensitive information, and leading a team to identify opportunities, innovate processes, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Build, develop and lead a top-caliber sales strategy and operations team.
Lead sales operations for the NAMER & GCP Talent Solution business – including, but not limited, to:
Designing and articulating the strategy and priorities for NAMER and GCP
Providing clear, scalable visibility into business performance
Driving system improvements and operational efficiency, including the adoption of AI and advanced analytics where appropriate
Designing, building, and optimizing sales territories and coverage models with a scaling mindset
Setting annual goals, quotas, and capacity plans aligned to business priorities
Serve as a trusted business advisor to NAMER & GCP sales leadership, proactively challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making.
Drive decision-making and program development by deriving analytics and insights from our CRM and other systems.
Lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives that evolve and transform LinkedIn’s sales model globally.
Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Finance, HR, GTM Operations) to deliver mission-critical programs, role alignment, and integrated solutions.

The pay range for this role is $178,000 to $288,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
