As a Quality Solutions Lead for Trust Review Operations (TRO), you will design and implement industry-leading quality solutions—both AI and human-driven—to support LinkedIn’s moderation and quality operations teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality, Training, & Policy Ops, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure optimum decision quality and a safe, professional experience for LinkedIn members and customers.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and execution of the Decision Quality Strategy (AI Agent & Human) across multiple threat surfaces in a rapidly evolving threat actor landscape.
Build and implement an effective, industry-leading decision quality management framework for LinkedIn’s Trust Review Operations
Drive flagship initiatives for Trust such as Review Co-Pilot, Trust AI Agents, prompt engineering, unbiased decision quality measurement (precision/recall), and efficiency improvements (CpMS).
Partner with stakeholders in Trust Operations, Product Management, Engineering/AI, Data Science, and Policy to define, prioritize and deliver effective, industry leading quality solutions.
Champion quality performance improvements across LinkedIn and Managed Services Providers.
Ensure quality assurance processes and measurement solutions are agile, effective, durable, and scalable to support LinkedIn’s growth in a rapidly evolving threat actor landscape.
Communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences to guide adoption of AI tooling.
Build team capabilities around prompt safety, AI agent best practices, and quality assurance.
Establish frameworks for evaluating AI outputs across accuracy, bias, safety, and consistency.
Integrate AI tooling into Trust Operations workflows to support scalable and consistent resolution of high‑risk cases.
Develop mitigation plans for model errors and propose long‑term improvements that reduce operational and platform risk.
Ensure AI‑generated outputs comply with platform policies, MDSS, safety standards, and international regulations (e.g., DSA, synthetic media rules).
Collaborate with Policy and Engineering teams to identify and mitigate emerging compliance risks.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years experience in designing and implementing decision quality assurance strategies in Trust & Safety and content moderation environments for social media platforms, for both AI and human-driven.
2+ years experience collaborating across Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Policy teams.
2+ years demonstrated leadership in driving performance improvements and managing quality initiatives.
