Role Summary:
Programme Manager for a major video platform in APAC. You’ll lead the Responsibility pillar, managing content programmes, product roadmaps, and localisation to protect brand reputation. Requires a process-driven lead to manage budgets, reporting, and GTM strategy across PR and Policy teams.
Role:
- Program Operationalisation: Operationalise the regional Elections program, managing the localisation and distribution of all scaled assets and playbooks to participating markets.
- Strategic Support: Provide directional operational support to Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), assisting with vendor management for comprehension research and the execution of pilot campaigns.
- Web and Asset Management: Manage web development processes and agency relationships to continue expanding the website in APAC, ensuring users, creators and key opinion formers understand how the brand works and the policies surrounding the brand
- Localisation Lead: Lead localisation efforts for priority product launches and research programs by facilitating validations with the country teams, managing review timelines with the global team, and identifying opportunities to streamline ongoing workflows
- Operating Cadence: Run the team’s operating cadence, including developing a detailed responsibility product launch calendar for APAC in partnership with our global cross-functional team; prioritise updates to effectively allocate local resources
- Knowledge Management: Own and manage the central knowledge hub for the entire Reputation & Responsibility team, consolidating all playbooks, campaign reports, and research into standardised templates.
- Budget Management: Own the consolidated team budget tracker; manage all Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, and financial reporting across pillars.
- Internal Comms: Facilitate internal communications (recurring newsletters) and lead regular syncs with global and country teams.
You:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing, content marketing, project management, and/or program management within a digital/tech-based product environment.
- Regional Expertise: Experience in a regional role with proven success partnering with local and global counterparts to drive results.
- Operational Excellence: Strong expertise in project management and prioritisation, with a track record of keeping teams on time and on goal. Experience in building and managing complex processes is essential.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience overseeing budget and finance processes (POs, invoicing, tracking).
- Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal and written English skills are required.
- Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with acute attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing both internal stakeholders and external partner agencies.
- Education: BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
