Manifest is rebuilding the legal system from the ground up—starting with business immigration. We pair top attorneys with powerful software to help global talent live and work in the U.S. legally, quickly, and with confidence.
We’re backed by world-class investors and scaling fast. As we grow, we’re looking for experienced, detail-obsessed Attorneys to help us deliver a best-in-class client experience at scale.
This role is remote, and we welcome applicants from outside of the US. You can work from anywhere!
Salary range: $100-160K
👩 💼 The Role
We’re hiring exceptional junior Lawyers who are hungry to execute — attorneys early in their career who want to do immigration differently. At Manifest, you’ll handle high-quality, meaningful U.S. immigration cases with the autonomy of independent practice, without the isolation, risk, or grind of going solo.
You’ll work closely with a senior attorney who will provide outstanding guidance and training, but you’ll also be trusted to take real ownership: driving strategy, writing, filing, and delivering outcomes for extraordinary clients across categories like EB-1A, O-1, and NIW.
If you’re the kind of lawyer who thrives on responsibility, sharp legal work, and growing fast inside a modern, tech-enabled practice, this role is for you.

Operate with autonomy and support
Work independently day-to-day while receiving mentorship from senior attorneys.
Potentially manage a team of paralegals to support case production efforts.
Contribute to a fast-moving team that values outcomes over bureaucracy.
✅ Requirements
2+ years of experience practicing U.S. immigration law as an attorney.

Familiarity and direct experience with categories such as EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW
Deep comfort assessing candidacy quickly and accurately across a wide range of professional profiles.
💎 You might be a fit if
A junior lawyer with strong fundamentals and a deep hunger to grow quickly.
A sharp legal writer who enjoys building persuasive case narratives.
Comfortable owning work independently, without needing hand-holding.
Energized by a modern, non-traditional approach to practicing law.
