Are you passionate about designing and evolving the data architecture that powers critical marketing analytics and customer insights for a global brand? Do you thrive on translating complex business needs into robust, scalable data solutions, all while championing engineering best practices and continuous improvement?
As our new Data Architect, you will lead the MarCom Transformations data platform, bridging data and software engineering disciplines. You will provide architectural oversight for a modern stack built on dbt and Snowflake, guiding senior data engineers while collaborating with business stakeholders.

In this role you will work closely together with senior data engineers, analytics engineers, marketing analysts, and project managers across VML MAP and Volvo Cars. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values engineering excellence and continuous learning, with opportunities to shape how we build data products for one of the world's most recognized automotive brands. We operate with autonomy and trust—you'll have real ownership over architectural decisions while being supported by a team that genuinely enjoys solving hard problems together.
