This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in German, addressing their inquiries related to automotive products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and vehicle maintenance via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, and warranties.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to vehicles and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and company promotions to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and respond to technical inquiries effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with automotive products and customer management software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
