As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in German, helping them with their travel bookings, inquiries, and issues, while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and provide information about available services.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operational processes and excellent service delivery.
- Stay updated on promotions, travel trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
