As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries related to payment solutions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding payment processing, account management, and transaction issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide accurate information about services, fees, and payment platform features.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to payment transactions and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery and address client needs.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and updates to ensure compliance and provide relevant advice.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in financial services or payment solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and comfort in handling inquiries related to payment processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with payment processing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
