This portfolio serves a single, critical customer persona Admins and IT leaders, across three tightly connected domains:
Admin & Identity Management (IAM) – Helping Admins securely manage access, configuration, and user lifecycles
Enterprise Security – Enabling IT and Security teams to meet compliance, governance, and data protection requirements
Customer Insights – Giving Admins & users clear visibility into adoption, usage, and ROI to support renewals, expansion, and value conversations
As Group Product Manager, Admin, you will lead a portfolio of product teams responsible for Mural’s enterprise administrative, security, and insights experiences.
Your mission is to ensure organizations can:
Easily adopt Mural at scale
Control access and content securely
Meet enterprise compliance and governance requirements
Clearly understand and demonstrate product value
You’ll operate at the intersection of customer trust, governance, and business impact, balancing usability with control, and insight with action.
This role is ideal for a Product Leader who thrives in complex enterprise domains, enjoys hands-on problem solving, and can translate customer and business needs into clear, scalable product direction.
Own the product strategy and execution across Admin & IAM, Enterprise Security, and Customer Insights.
Define and maintain a cohesive roadmap that balances customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
Ensure strong alignment across domains so admin, security, and insights experiences feel integrated and intuitive.
Translate company and enterprise strategy into clear outcomes and priorities for product teams.
Player Responsibilities (Hands-On Leadership):
In addition to leading and coaching a team of Product Managers, this role is expected to remain actively hands-on in shaping strategy, discovery, and execution across the portfolio.
You will:
Personally lead product discovery and definition for complex, high-impact enterprise initiatives (e.g. permissions evolution, admin configuration, security controls, or enterprise insights).
Act as Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for cross-domain efforts that require tight coordination across Admin, Security, and Customer Insights.
Partner deeply with Engineering and Design on problem framing, solution tradeoffs, and delivery sequencing especially in areas with high technical or regulatory complexity.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders (IT, Security, Admins) to validate needs, test solutions, and inform prioritization.
Model strong product craft by focusing on outcomes, driving roadmap and prioritization discussions.
Step in as a hands-on contributor when needed to unblock teams, accelerate progress, or raise the quality bar.
This role balances strategic ownership, people leadership, and direct product contribution, requiring comfort switching between portfolio-level thinking and detailed execution.
Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers across multiple domains.
Set clear expectations around ownership, outcomes, and decision-making.
Foster a product culture grounded in customer trust, clarity, and secure-by-design thinking.
Support PM growth through regular coaching, feedback, and career development.
Customer & Stakeholder Partnership:
Represent the voice of admins, IT, and security stakeholders in product decisions.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Tech Solutions to support enterprise onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
Collaborate with customers to validate and prioritize new compliance, governance, and reporting capabilities.
Ensure product solutions clearly communicate value to buyers and users.
Company, workspace, room, and user administration
User lifecycle management, roles, and permissions
SSO, 2FA, SCIM, session management
Content security and governance (eDiscovery, data retention, lifecycle controls)
Enterprise security features (BYOK, MDM, IP allowlisting, data residency, guest restrictions)
Compliance-related APIs and admin workflows
Collaboration with enterprise IT and security stakeholders
Usage, adoption, and impact reporting for admins and customers
Insights that support renewals, expansion, and ROI conversations
Translating product data into clear, actionable narratives
6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated leadership across multiple teams or product areas.
Strong experience building enterprise SaaS products, particularly in admin, security, IAM, or analytics domains.
Deep understanding of enterprise needs around security, compliance, and governance.
Proven ability to balance usability with control and regulatory requirements.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear product direction.
A coaching mindset with a passion for growing strong, empowered product teams.
Demonstrated success balancing strategic platform investments with customer-facing outcomes.
Experience partnering with enterprise customers and security stakeholders to co-develop compliance and governance features.

The base salary for this role ranges from $172,000 - $215,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
