Senior Planning Analystは、Sales and Partnership部門でライセンス営業戦略の立案・実行を支援し、データ分析・市場調査・予算管理を通じて事業成長を推進する役割を担います。社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、ライセンスビジネスの収益最大化に貢献します。

主な職務と責任/ Key Responsibilities

• ライセンス営業に関する戦略的プランニングの支援
• 売上予測、予算策定、KPI管理などの財務分析業務
• 市場・競合調査を通じたインサイトの提供
• ライセンス契約のパフォーマンス分析と改善提案
• 社内関連部門（アニメ制作部、アジアコンテンツ・アクイジション部、Jコンテンツ・Kコンテンツ制作部、ファイナンス）との連携
• グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションおよびレポーティング
• データ可視化ツール（Excel, Power BI, Access等）を用いたレポート作成

Senior Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of licensing sales strategies within the Sales and Partnership department. This position drives business growth through data analysis, market research, and budget management. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, the analyst contributes to maximizing revenue from the licensing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning related to licensing sales
• Conduct financial analysis including sales forecasting, budget planning, and KPI management
• Provide insights through market and competitor research
• Analyze licensing contract performance and propose improvements
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Anime, Acquisitions, Japanese and Korean Contents, and Finance
• Communicate and report to global teams
• Create reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Access)

• 事業会社での営業企画、事業企画、または財務分析の経験（3年以上）
• Excel、PowerPointを用いた資料作成スキル
• データ分析・数値管理に強みがある方
• 日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）

• エンターテインメント業界、ライセンスビジネスの経験
• BIツール（Power BI, Tableau等）の使用経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales planning, business planning, or financial analysis at a commercial company
• Proficiency in creating presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong skills in data analysis and numerical management
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the entertainment industry or licensing business
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Project management experience

This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
